Average quality, mirror has odd stains appearing in it

I’ve had this for 10 months now. Functional but doesn’t generate as much heat in the winter months as I’d expect from such a huge radiator. Also it was delivered with rusty mirrors which takes away from the idea of having a mirror to showoff to friends. Unfortunately I couldn’t return because the Handiman fitting it had already been paid for.
