Far far far better than expected! The heat output is perfect for our room and the quality of the fire is top notch. Really easy to install and fill. It took a few minutes to get the ethanol to light but that is probably the quality of the fuel. Highly recommended if you are looking for bio fuel heater. *****

Amazing purchase, fire is great in the winter. Heats the whole downstairs to 26 degree Celsius with an hour with all cells burning. You can either cut it into your wall or build around it. Looks amazing and easy to clean.

fantastic focal point within our lounge, easy to fix onto the chimney breast, modern design, creates heat but not as much as expected, takes a while to heat our room up but creates a cosy feel, family and friends have all commented on how brilliant it looks, would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a easy to fit real flame fireplace without the fuss and mess of installing gas or electric supply if you don't currently have one

Delivery was just dumped at the main entrance of a block of flats with lots of people walking in and out and the courier couldn’t be bothered to re attempt delivery as I was not home so buzzed someone else’s flat to gain access and dumped it and now it’s been stolen!!! Wayfair is refusing all now a week later to refund me or respond to my emails but can see photo proof where this was left and proof of receipts that I was out that day. Guys beCareful!!!

Bio ethanol fires are my new find ti help warm my house and try to keep bills down . This is a good find and warm but can’t be left unattended as it doesn’t have a full guard over the flames and if you have little ones or mischievous pets maybe go for a fire with full guard . But it is warm and great value for money
