This bed was a nightmare from start to finish. Assembly took over 10 hours, mostly because the instructions were completely unclear—poorly written and diagrams that made no sense. To make matters worse, screw holes were misaligned forcing us to drill into the wood ourselves just to get it together. Avoid this product unless you enjoy frustration, DIY carpentry and using an Allen key
