Bispham Metal Bed

It’s really thin metal, making it light but it’s also not full lengths and joins, the joins half way constantly squeak and crack, it’s awful. I tried everything taking all the bolts out adding silicone and nylon washers and it’s started doing it again. I had other metal frames never had this issue.

The frame is in many parts and making sure you select the rights ones it not easy, the tools provided are very poor and the metal so thin you can easily pull a bolt through it if you tighten them too much. The plastic clips are fragile and can break when putting the wooden slats into the frame. The frame once made is okay, lightweight and easy to move, but putting it together is a trial and you need your own hex key and spanner to do the job right.
