Love the table. My only issue was with the hinges that had been preinstalled - some of them had been put on at angles and therefore the flaps would not work properly. I reseated the hinges and it worked ok.

Great table and so versatile to be able to drop down both sides in a small flat. Little issue with some of the holes for screws on one side not being completely punched out but was got around by drilling them out a bit more
