Gilmartin Bed

Nice product and affordable. The bed weighs down on the drawer a little which makes it difficult to open on carpet. Headboard is abit short but all in all good.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service I bought this bed from Wayfair because the description claimed it was made from “high-quality materials.” That couldn’t be further from the truth. While assembling it, the frame snapped in THREE different places – and I wasn’t even forcing anything. It felt cheap and brittle, not at all what I expected for the price or based on the product description. To make things worse, the instruction manual was a joke. Just two flimsy, unstapled pages riddled with typos – not even properly bound together. It felt like something hastily thrown in at the last minute. I contacted customer service hoping to return the bed entirely, but they only offered replacement parts. I made it very clear I no longer wanted the bed, but they wouldn’t budge. Then they told me the parts were “in stock” – only for me to get an email days later saying shipping would take nearly a MONTH. At this point, I just want the entire thing gone. Waste of time, waste of money, and honestly a very frustrating experience. Avoid this product if you value your sanity I have decided after this experience I’m closing my account and never shopping from Wayfair again

Not a good design. Thers a hollow in the middle so mattress doesnt fit well. I got simba exclusive mattress but still due to faulty design its uncomfortable. In the middle its like a hole.....4 sides are up and a big hollow hole in the middle. Disappointed!!!

Good Bed just to big for my bedroom.

Lovely looking frame, don't expect real quality wood but it looks great still. However the instructions had a missing number on a page which caused confusion but we figured it out. Probably took us two hours to build. It is an awkward build until you get to the last few bits which seals it altogether. Also doesn't come with slats which I hadn't realised but that is on the description. I don't want to pay another 65+ pounds so we'll be going to a wood yard to sort our own slats. Otherwise happy with it
