Solid Wood Base Dining Table

I recently ordered a dinner table from your website, and upon receiving and unpacking it, I found that the table was chipped and broken. I believe this was due to the poor quality of packaging which failed to protect the table during transit. When I reached out to your team, you kindly proposed to replace the item. However, to my dismay, the replacement table arrived in a similar damaged condition. This leads me to believe that either the item was previously used and not inspected for quality before sending, or there's a consistent issue with the packaging for such a fragile item. It's surprising and disappointing that a shop specializing in selling furniture is facing such challenges in delivering them without damage. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I feel compelled to look elsewhere for my dinner table. I hope my feedback helps you address these issues to provide better service in the future.

Good table, easy to build and sturdy.

Love this table!! Not so easy to put all together but looks so good

These are our biggest mistakes of the year. Super cute but HORRIBLE. First of all, the arms cannot be secured well. They are just bolted in at the bottom of a piece of wood and super easy to dislodge. You can hear the wood breaking in them if you put pressure against them. Not even an excessive amount. Just the amount you would normally put leaning on a couch arm to relax. We said there’s no way this can be right. Contacted Wayfair for a replacement arm. They instead sent us an ENTIRE new couch. So now we have two and all the arms are wobbly. The couches have the wooden frames built into the very same areas as the “cushions,” so you feel a lot of VERY hard wood. It’s not comfortable at all. You can very much feel it, in the middle, on the edges, toward the back, toward the ends. I wish these were better but I can’t even lounge on my couch anymore. We can’t wait to get rid of them.
