Upholstered Bed

The bed is better than what I thought. Sturdy and my king mattress fit perfectly.

The base could be sturdier (we are thinking of reinforcing it with additional wood) and I felt the sides of the bed were a bit thin, but it’s a great value for the price and I love the look!

Love the way this looks, it's elegant but comfortable. The only problem I had was the instructions were very hard to follow initially. In addition, all the screws were sent all together making it hard to tell them apart. It took a lot of time at the beginning just to figure out which screw was which. After that was dealt with, the bed went together fairly easy. The only problem was the slating that holds the mattress did not go together as easily as expected. The two center support pieces that connected to the support legs were not the same length as the slates once everything was all laid out (see second picture). I was able to improvise and it ended up working out just fine, however it did not fit together as the directions stated.

Sturdy and functioning! Good value for the price
