Crystal Flush Mount

There is something wrong with the manufacturing. The glass shade doesn’t fit on the post. There is no way to assemble this. I ordered a replacement glass. While trying to remove the first glass shade which was jammed onto the base due to its wrong size led to the breaking of the base. Now I need a replacement again - but this time the base.

Part of the glass chipped off when we were putting it up because it doesn't screw on, but it's not noticeable. It weighs a lot for being so small and makes us worry that it may fall off onto someone's head at some point (let's hope not). Love the way it looks, as it matches with our doorknobs, but quality/ease of installation was not what we expected. Also you cannot change out the lightbulb. It comes with a small one built in, but we like it anyhow.
