Holes in back panel and shelf bottom were drilled incorrectly at the factory. Could not be assembled as shown in the instructions, so required 3 tries to get it together. Assembled the first bits, then found they wouldn't fit on the shelf bottom. Re-assembled to fit the shelf bottom, but then the shelf unit wouldn't go onto the back. Took the whole mess apart and re-drilled the holes on the shelf bottom on the reverse side. Reassembled. Fine once it's put together, but was not impressed. Lucky I had a drill.
