Fairly easy to put together but the instructions are not very detailed and illustrations could be clearer. It took most of the day to put together but I'm very happy with the result.

You told us the bed had been lost in transit. Then it had been lost in the warehouse. So because we needed the bed urgently I asked for a refund. I ordered a bed elswhere. Which came the next day. Days later the bed I ordered from you got delivered. The delivery man said it was found at the back of the warehouse. We said we do not need it now. He said he was delivering it as a favour and would pick it up in half an hour. He did not come back.
