James Storage Bed

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered this bed less then a year ago. When it arrived it had a few dents but I let that go as I was excited to have a new bed frame. Since ordering the bed LESS THEN A YEAR AGO it has already fell apart 3 times and not bc of my ability to put it together. First multiple slats on the bottom would just snap out of nowhere when getting into bed at night. Then the supporting bar fell off as in the screws holding it in ripped through the frame, so I had to improvise and put bigger screws in slightly different place. Then it finally broke for good when the supporting bar fell off again leaving it impossible to be fixed a 3rd time. As a single mum to a 1 year old, and a full time student relying on benefits until I finish my course I can NOT AFFORD to continually but new furniture and most of mine is second hand. I thought taking the risk of buying a expensive bed off a well known site would pay off and believed it would be good quality and last a long time, I am very sad that this has not been the case. I am now reduced to sleeping on a mattress on the floor and wont be able to afford another new bed for months. Very very disgusted and disappointed in a trusted site such as wayfair providing such low quality furniture.

Bed frame arrived without instructions, which prolonged the installation process unnecessarily.

Really good build and sturdy. good value for money

Sturdy, Solid bed. Straight forward build instructions. WIth some glue and a few more screws this can be turned in to a bed that wil never break. Good quality, and definitely "looks the part".
