Rhoads Solid Wood Bed

Terrible to build, with poor instructions. No measurements to space the struts. Holes not deep enough for locking nuts. Not all joins are 'tight' and spaces left once tightened. Some screw holes did not align. Once built seems fit for purpose, but time will tell.

Nice bed for the price. Slightly dissatisfied with the quality of the wood tho, seems to have a painted or varnished finish. Bed went together no problems, but you definitely need a drill as there are no pre drilled holes for the slats. The bed looks nice in our box room tho. All ready for the ever growing grandchildren!

Beautiful looking bed however quite fiddly slats as no holes in wood to add screws in . Electric drill a must! Top of frame doesnt fit flat so thats another issue . All things said my granddaughter is over the moon with it ! Kids dont see the imperfections ! Thanks Wayfair for oir second bed !

Ordered the double bedframe. It was relatively easy to assemble, although an electric drill is a must and is proving to be sturdy (e.g. not too much creeking). The bed itself looks ok, it has a fairly wide overhang and you can see the slats unless you arrange the bed in a certain way (we're using a standard double emma mattress). However, the bed did come with around 4 dents and marks, although I know this is to be expected with packaged furniture. All in all, fairly satisfied as it's likely to go in a spare room once we've moved.
