Huertas Ottoman Storage Bed

That isn't ottoman bed, no flat base for mattress, 2 parts of bed frame demaged.

positive is only quality of wood. strong and beautiful colour. Unfortunately, the bed is in no acceptable condition. The photos which I included show how the bed looks as assembled. That’s it. No woods under a mattress at all. We had to provide all new woods for ourselves because there was not possible to put the mattress. We called to customer service because for us as normal people it looks like something was missing. The lady said “this is everything what we provide. nothing has missed. it was designed like this”. I am frustrated till now. How the bed is selling in condition like that? I hope they will change something with it because it is not normal to sell half product. Disappointed
