Denali Round 110cm Dining Table

I ordered this table and was informed it will be delivered on a certain day 3-4 weeks down the line. I took the day off to wait for the product. I waited till evening and checked my update nothing updated, then I decided to send a chat message to ask where my order was, it was then I was told that my order may not was not coming!!! I was upset as I planned to to use this for my birthday dinner. I then had to go and buy an emergency fold away table. days later, I still did not have any update on my order so I decided to call the customer service line and I was then informed that my order was damaged in transit and unfortunately they warehouse did not inform them so they did not know that my order was not delivered!!! I was furious, the lady was very understanding and informed me that this issue is on going as I was not the first customer to experience this! It as then she decided to place another order for the table which was going to take another 3-4 weeks again to deliver and a day off work! As we have already bought dining chair that coordianted with the table in anticipation for the dinning table I was reluctant to cancel th order and opted to wait those few weeks! In the process of taking information about the order, the line cut off, I waited since I didt get called back i called back only to start afresh with someone else!!!! Who now decided to provided a totally different story to the one I was already told be the previous C/S agent. I was even more upset as some of these agents have been trained to lie to the customers!! Wayfair betrayed my trust and added insult upon injury by their non-challant approach regarding my order issues! Also, the fact that I was told by this last C/S agent that they don't give compensation as this is an ongoing issue they handle daily and they say to customers that your order might be delayed so they have covered for any issues that may arise!! That is disappointing and irresponsible. I had spent alot between June & September due to a move, so to experience horrible service was unacceptable and highly disappointing. I cant trust wayfair ever! I had planned to order a shed etc but they will probably only mess it up like my dinning table! bear in mind that my shoe rack also came damaged from the same order! So yeah.. I have had my fair share of disappointment and lack of value as customer, good reddens!!
