What a dreadful service. Not delivery at the specified time only to find out when I eventually got through to UPS that they hadn’t delivered to me but left it at a shop. Spoke to the person at the shop who informed me the packaging was badly damaged. No wonder the driver didn’t come to my address which is only 5 minutes away it shouldn’t have been left. Wayfair say they are looking into this. This parcel was a marble table which was heavy and he had to put it onto a trolly and take it through a zero traffic area. The lady at the shop said she found it heavy to move andhad to drag it into the back off the shop floor.

The table looks nice, very much aligned as how it's described on the webpage. It's not that heavy so it's quite easy to move around.
