Steel Patio Gazebo

Looks lovely yet a bit disappointed that the curtains were a little shabby with stitching errors and I hope don’t fall apart & canopy a different colour?? For the price not expected!

Easy transaction with Wayfair and utilised 0% finance. Gazebo took around 2hrs to assemble. The posts and supports appear sturdy and the canopy feels like good quality. Fingers crossed it stands up to our Summer Weather

My parcel never delivered as you can see in your tracking system. I’ve never experienced such thing in my whole life and now I’m going to cancel my order and get the refund back. Such a shame that as a first time customer with this company I got to go through all this and today the 4th of May still don’t have my order delivered!!

We got the vintages grey, come straight away and the delivery company was calling and organising with me from the day before (Top rating for delivery company too) we set up on the weekend my only comment to the main company of the Gazebo is print a better quality manual for customer to use my was complete unreadable but I make easy separating all the tools. colour perfect, quality it is amazing, will recommended 100% for anyone as it is made to be permanent the quality it is better to expend the money, and was not to expensive.

VFM but it did have a quite a few scratches to main struts. Would have been useful to have had option to purchase anchors for each strut where screws are not possible.

I built it, and then attempted to hang the curtains which I found are all faulty. They are different lengths so the zips don't match up and the straps to tie them back are all sown wrong so you can't keep them open. Wayfair promised to send out new curtains straight away, it's been over a month, with many chase up phone calls and promises of updates. DO NOT BUY, RUBBISH ITEM AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic gazebo. So sturdy it can withstand very strong gusts of wind. We love it. It looks exactly like the picture.

Fabulous item, unfortunately a side curtain missing, & the stiching on the roof & the side curtains are very poorly stiched, the roof stitching is split. I called wayfair who offered an immediate solution, would have given a 5* otherwise.
