Audrienna Solid Wood Bed

is exactly what I wanted and my daughter as well happy with it

Good bed frame, nice colour and is functional. The headboard is smaller than expected and the instructions for assembly are not great.

Easy to assemble, instructions are simple to follow. Maybe some advice of how to make the gas springs work first time, but it's something you can google. It arrived 1 week ahead schedule

Overall the bed is ok. Simple design and works well. Instructions could be clearer. Really struggled to get step one complete. Putting the metal frame together, the joiners at the 4 corners are so tight, I had to take a hammer to it.

The bed is good, exactly what I was expecting. However the service was very bad. My delivery date was changed twice without notifying me. First time, the delivery date was changed and I found out when I login into my account. The second time, I was waiting for bed the all day, no body turn up. I had to call customer service to get it delivered on the next day. The packaging was damaged and dirty. It was my first time to buy from wayfair and I don’t think I will be back again as the delivery was not reliable. I needed the bed urgently and it was such a disappointment.
