I was disappointed with the quality of the bed frame as shown in the attached photos. There are 4 parts which are defective and make the whole frame look cheap and shabby. Please can you replace the defective parts as per the photos

The bed itself seems great. I was disappointed that it came covered in mould and the advice I received was to clean it with an antibacterial wipe. It was for my 4 year old daughter. Disappointed with the service

This bed is very high quality, simple, but perfectly fit into our small bedroom. My son loves it. He is 5 9. No problem to fit. Very comfortable, we can only highly recommend it.
