Swanley Upholstered Ottoman Storage Bed

So disappointed and furious. I waited 4 months for my delivery because they kept sending me missing parts so I was unable to assemble the bed. I am still waiting on the parts and my room has been looking like that since January. I am not impressed nor happy with their service. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor

I can’t deny that the bed is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly the appearance I wanted, so I have given it 3 stars for that and the fact it arrived over a week earlier than expected and also it has a lot of storage space. However - it is very noisy even after trying various ways to minimise this (adjusting screws, adding padding and WD40). It will creak every time you sitlie down on it which is really irritating and it has woken me up several times throughout the night. I also would have preferred paper instructions as the assembly video wasn’t great and a bit of a pain having to work with a device as well as building and because I put the sides and had to take it all apart again because it never showed that there was a certain way around they had to go for the mechanism. To summarise, I probably wouldn’t recommend this bed because of the inconveniences of it which I didn’t expect so much of for the price, unless you are willing to put up with the noise. (Please excuse my mismatching blinds - in the middle of redecorating!)

Great bed, solid when put together. Did come with a missing part, but Wayfair resolved this really quickly

Bed is absolutely beautiful but very disappointed at the lack of instructions! We were made to watch a YouTube video which was as useful as a chocolate teapot! Very annoyed as it took us hours to figure out what goes where! When you pay a large price for a bed you expect it to come with paper instructions surely!!

Nice bed but wider than a standard double bed so mattress doesnt fit. Also takes a while to assemble and needs at least 2 strong people to do so dont attempt it on your own
