Terrible as one of the placemats was chipped and package did not contain the coaster. I reported the problem sent pictures. The coasters arrived but no replacement placemat. Update: coasters have been delivered, no placemats, complained again. Update: placemat was due for delivery on 9th April, 13th today and still nothing received. Can't track it because the tracking number is for the original delivery. You couldn't make it up, if I could give 0 stars for customer service I would.
