Handmade Cachepot

Really disappointed in both product and quality. Arrived broken both pots obviously during transit but also poorly packaged. Requested an immediate refund having declined option of purchasing product at discounted rate. I explained that I had not liked product once it had arrived despite its poor state upon delivery but intended to purchase a similar product of a different design. A full refund was also provided and the customer service was as allways faultless.
