Auckland Bed Frame

While I have yet to fully assemble the bed due to a manufacturing fault which reversed the screw and rawplug holes on part of the headboard frame, I can already tell that this is massively over-priced for what it is. It's basic, the slide in component of the headboard is flimsy and as mentioned, the flaw has resulted in my being bed-less for a time and I had to fight for the replacement part to be delivered earlier (originally it was a nearly two week wait!). No offer of partial refund or some kind of compensation for inconvenience caused either.

One of the boxes arrived very damaged and in the undamaged box the pieces were chipped and marked. The paint job is poor. This will be returned

There was an issue with the inside support beam.. the instructions stated that there should be a pre drilled hole to allow a bolt to go through and secure the beam to the brackets. There was NO pre drilled hole. This meant that inner post was secured.
