It was difficult to assemble as they sent me 2 different instruction manuals. But i managed until the almost the part where I have to put the slats and the horizontal centre rail. They were both too long. I realised then that the sideboards were also wrong. They were of different colour to the headboard and footboard and that they are higher than the footboard. Still, they don’t look too bad so i thought I can keep it that way. I called to request for a replacement for the rail and slats. I was told this will not be a problem and that I can discard the rail and slats. I then got an email saying that I will be getting a replacement bed frame instead. I told them I do not want this as I already spent hours building the frame. But I was assured that I can just get the parts that I need and then schedule a collection to return the rest. But I got an email saying that a driver is collecting my item when I have yet get the replacement. I told them to just cancel everything. I have paid a carpenter to cut the slats to size and will just make do with the bed. It’s my first time ordering from Wayfair and my last!

We got the King size in beige and are absolutely happy with this bed! Very sturdy quality, the design is nice and warm, and it is extremely good value for money! It was pleasant to assemble, especially the rails which have a clever mechanism that helps them snap firmly into place. Because of the upholstered design, it doesn't hurt your shins when you accidentally bump into the bed. Would certainly recommend it.

The wrong side rails have been supplied they are the incorrect colour and instead of the factory set holes for the slats they have a bar, the bar is two hight and the supplied slats are two wide also the caps for the slats do not fit into the slots on the bar they are straight and have no clips, the middle support bad also has incorrectly drilled holes so one leg will not fit. Had to pay someone to sort this problems out on the spot as my health condition imperative to have a comfortable sleep .I am a very regular customer and that was really tough for me.
