While the light fitting itself looks absolutely stunning and suits my living room beautifully, the overall experience was very disappointing. Despite paying for the delivery and the estimated deliverywas next day, the item arrived several days late, causing unnecessary stress and forcing me to pay for a missed electrician appointment. On top of that, the packaging was completely inadequate, and the fittings arrived with visible dents. For a premium product, I expected far better care and service. Wayfair really needs to improve its delivery reliability and packaging standards.
