Great, does the job

I bought the Coat Rack but there a part missing. On Apil 6th 24 I used the option in my order history to report a missing part, I had to do it twice in different days because I wasn't receiving any response. I had a delivery date and never arrived. The time has passed now, the virtual assistant wouldn't resolve anything because too much time has passed and I'm working until very late house, I haven't been able to contact customer services on a phone call. There is no email where I can send all the info and I feel really disappointed because I have spent £60 on something that now I'm not sure I will be able to use. I haven't got £60 to just put in the bin like this, I did save as I'm renewing my house slowly slowly and because WayFair haven't got a good customer service, it looks like I will have to buy it again, but of course, somewhere else!! Unvelievable, I'm very disapponted.
