Oxford Ottoman Storage Bed

Very solid and heavy but lift mechanism can be fiddly and temperamental

Fab and sturdy, looks great!

Took 6 hours to build. But end result is nice , little squeaky but good end result

***ABSOLUTE JOKE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME*** Awful experience with this company and supplier. I bought this bed with high hopes with the decent reviews ... however, when I received the bed I found that one of the parcels was for a double bed (not a king size like I had ordered). I contacted customer service asap stating I had received an incorrect product - not a problem - they were shipping out replacement parts. After a few days, I heard nothing. I rang DEAN M at customer service and he advised me the parts were coming from a separate warehouse as to those that came from the distribution centre and that they would be shipped by latest 23rd August and arrive by latest 27th August. This is were the p*** taking started. After not receiving any tracking information I rang DEAN M at customer service again who escalated this to the "specialist delivery team" who would apparently get this sorted for me. I iterated to him how I might need to go to the hospital to get a scan on my back after sleeping on the floor for the past 10 nights. After hearing nothing from the "specialist delivery team", I rang JASON at the customer service team ... who was as helpful as a chocolate team pot ... and proceeded to tell me I or he couldn't speak to manager about my issue and that he couldn't ring the depot to see what on earth was going on. He also said I could not return the item without suitable packing .... DESPITE IT NOT BEING FIT FOR PURPOSE - ABSOLUTE JOKE. So after ordering the bed on the 6th August (21 days) and receiving it on the 14th August (13 days) I am not better off. Miss-sold, miss-led.

The finish details of the underneath headboard side is not good. Please see the photos.
