Lovely strong sturdy bed frame. Easy to put together. You will def need an electric screwdriver as Allen key supplied was useless. I put this together myself in approx 2 hours.

Colour:Stone White,
Size:Single (3')
Positive: Solid bed Easy to assemble Quick delivery Negative: Cracks and scratches on wood, most not visible once assembled but one of them was. General: Quite a high bed Base is slats of wood not the flexible type. Would I recommend this bed: Probably not as finishing not good considering the amount paid.

We chose this bed mainly because there is a larger than average gap underneath the bed which allows us to store suitcases etc underneath. The frame (stone white) is a neutral cream colour, not white. The assembly of the bed is rather challenging - the slats have to be screwed into the frame, and whilst there are holes in the slats, there are no holes in the frame for this and we found it impossible to drive a screw into the wooden frame with sufficient grip. The instructions specifically say not to use power tools. However, with no alternative, we tried using a powered drill on the slowest setting and successfully got the screws into the central bar which runs down the middle of the bed. However, we have been unable to attach the screws along each edge of the frame as the frame gets in the way of the drill. It’s a rather silly design to not have pilot holes pre-drilled into the frame, as we have now been unable to secure the slats on both sides. This means that the slats can pivot/slide around, and makes the frame less sturdy. There were also several scratches/dents/areas of damage to the frame when we unboxed it, which was disappointing.
