The bed is lovely! Really nice, solid build and very pretty. However, be warned, the instructions are a nightmare!! Bed was missing a piece from the support struts and was only noticed once bed was practically built. We contacted seller, who were unable to supply a spare part as it was out of stock. Asked for an alternative part but, again, was not available. Was offered a partial refund. Cant fault the customer service and all emails were responded to quickly.
