Stratford Solid Wood Bed

Only had this bed for just over 6 months and cracked when our son sat on it. However, cannot fault Wayfair, complaint dealt with swiftly and courteously. Full refund, bed has a 2 year warranty. Unless you are planning for this to be an occasional/guest bed, don’t bother. Only reason there is one star is for the way it has been dealt with, otherwise, I would have left no stars!!!

Nice bed. Instructions could be a bit clearer. Bit wonky, holes not quite in the right place. But still easy to put together

Unpacked this bed (and the box said it was a Manila rather than a Stratford so not 100% sure it’s even the right product??) and it looks cheap, flimsy headboard and just looked cheap. I couldn’t face the hassle of sending it back so started to build it. Half way through I realised that one of the pieces of wood was the wrong part. Infuriating. I did a live chat with Wayfair and was told it would be 2 weeks to get a replacement part or I could send it back for a refund. There was no way I was unscrewing it all and re-packing it so I’m waiting for the part. Meanwhile my son has to sleep on the floor. Get the right parts in the right boxes Wayfair!!!!!! It can’t be hard. Second time in 1 week this has happened with two different pieces of furniture. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

It came very quickly and it looks beautiful in the room. Very happy.
