Bergeson Bed Frame

Received first two boxes within two days however, It’s taken 9 days for them to deliver the final box, which naturally contains the wrong length pieces and of the wrong material!! Absolutely ridiculous! I now have to wait ten more days to receive the correct final box, and apparently the company is likely not to give me any compensation. From the date of order until the final delivery date, I will have waited almost 3 weeks for an order that was said to take two days!

Wonderful my son loves this bed

Bed was delivered with a hole in the headboard and warped were I was supposed to screw in the feet. Totally disgusting service. Still waiting for a reply to my e- mail and a refund or compensation in some way.

In love with this bed the colour and material is beautiful and was really simple to put up took less than a hour!

Great bed bought for my 9 year old daughter. It’s a good sized double and comfy. Easy to put together as well. We bought the silent night 7 zone memory foam mattress which fits well.
