All the reviews on here are right...the instructions aren’t great. We had to go abs purchase 2 bolts for the gas pistons as they were cross threaded The bed itself is very nice in looks

Nice once up. Instructions hard to follow could be written clearer, or perhaps a vid of how to install on You Tube

its a good one, especially for the price. the bedroom has got a real lift with this one. It was a bit hard to fix because of instruction not being very clear but worth the effort.

The overall make is cheap. It very light weight for a bed. Because its for kids room. It might stand the test of time.

Love our new bed! We went from a divan to a ottaman & were loving all the extra storage space. It took my husband 2 hours to put the bed together, he didn't follow the instructions as they were not clear. Our bed is beautiful, comfortable & sturdy.

Comfy, looks great but difficult to build

Very poor quality very disappointed that bed should only last 23 years. More disappointed on your very poorlack of customer service who has no real understanding of Consumer rights

I love this bed, it took my over 4 hour to put together completely on my own though!

The bed itself looks great, but no the best thing to put together . Despite using a set square to ensure it was square, the bed kept opening up on its own and didn't sit flat. We spent quite a while loosening and tightening all the screws again, but to no avail, so we just put the mattress on to see if it made a different and it does hold it down, although still not completely flat. One of the gas struts is also quite stiff - hopefully this will loosen in time.

Slats don't seem strong enough:secure for added weight. General quality inside seems cheap. Out fabric is lovely and makes a difference in the room. Ok to put together but hydrolics tricky.
