Upholstered Ottoman Bed

Hi there i got my bed frame today and spent hours building up as we are both disabled . Only to find the hydrologic arms for the bed isn't working . So we now have clothes and bedding every where . Could you please get back to us as soon as possible please . Many thanks Mrs E Oliver

Had to get in touch as a part was damaged but must say very helpful and relieved tht a new part was sent out quickly bed very good and well worth the money customer service was excellent
