Metal and Wood Paper Towel Holder

I just got this product (which I was supposed to get 4 days ago) and it was packaged in a significantly bigger box than needed with one skinny piece of styrofoam. Everything - the metal pieces, wood pieces and hardware - were all jumbling around in the packaging - nothing was secured. I did not order an “open box” item and even if I had, I would still have expected it to be packaged well. This is clearly an open box product and the exceptionally frustrating part is the chat box can’t address my concerns and won’t get me in touch with a real human customer service representative - despite asking over & over in several different ways. Having said all that, there was only a couple tiny dings in the wood - one we could put in back and one we will cover with a little stain. I’m not up for sending it back. Overall it looks nice but, I can’t comment on how well it with function. But, I can comment on the exceptionally poor packing of a clearly open box product when I excepted brand new!!!

Great little countertop paper towel rack with shelf on top. I bought it for our outside bar and grill area. It’s perfect to keep the paper towels from blowing around and gives a little added space on top for salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. Love it!
