Crestfield Bed Frame

I purchased my bed frame in the sale ..... I wasn’t aware that the sale meant damaged goods. There was a small chip out of the headboard painted over with a colour that didn’t particularly match & at the base of the bed one of the legs is slightly bent. However I love the look & I'm happy to keep it.

AN UPDATE - AND PHOTO OF MY BED! Sadly my review has lots some stars! I am a wheelchair user and so needed some assistance to assemble my bed a couple of days after delivery. When we opened the remaining damaged boxes not all of the screws we needed were included...or the spanner...or one of the Allan keys. We tried to buy replacements from a local ironmonger only to be told they were 'special screws' with a thread specific to the bed. I rang Customer Service and spoke again to the lady I'd spoken to previously who was very lovely once again, apologised, offered me 10% off my next purchase, ordered the missing screws and apologised yet again. Emails arrived giving me two different dates when I could expect the 'small packages' to arrive....one date has been and gone. The packages haven't arrived. I am still waiting and now wondering if I will ever be able to sleep in the bed I ordered on the 22nd October. Like everyone else, I need a bed to sleep in....I am disabled and this experience is not helping at all. I will not be taking advantage of the 10% offer...I will not be buying from Wayfair ever again. I have had enough. Customer Services are excellent....and I am grateful for all they have tried to do to remedy this disappointing experience. But at the end of the day....my bed isn't assembled....and I am still waiting and wondering. I was amazed when I saw the choice of Metal Framed beds on the Wayfair site - not many other sites seem to have the choice and the prices to suite most pockets! This one seemed ideal especially at this price. AND free delivery. I'm delighted with it - even though the Courier XDP were/are ridiculously bad at keeping to their promised delivery 'slot' and seem totally unscrupulous enough to lie about a delivery that never happened and a notification card that didn't exist. BUT Customer Services at Wayfair have been wonderful and ensured my bed was delivered. I was thrilled..... and then saddened that it had been damaged in transit back and forth to the XDP depot. Once again Wayfair Customer Services were wonderful and offered to replace the damaged part or replace the whole bed or refund me - or reduce the cost if I decided to keep the damaged bed.....I decided I had had enough of dealing with XDP and so opted for a reduction and to keep the bed as is. It is a lovely bed and Wayfair have been incredibly helpful these past few days. Sadly the Courier Service is terrible and at some point I hope Wayfair can consider the comments from others about them ( & the online reviews which are THE worst I've read) - The delivery drivers are lovely, clearly part of the 'gig economy' driving their own vans, delivering for a terrible Courier - and find a better, truthful, professional courier service that matches their own excellent service. But this is a review about a Bed...albeit slightly dented now... But still fabulous and wonderful quality. As yet I haven't been able to assemble it - I need some assistance....but I'm sure it will look and be fab

Light weight. We carefully undid one part that we had already built and threading on screw became damaged. Incredibly easy to scratch.

Beautiful bed, feels strong and sturdy at an excellent price. Service and delivery from Wayfair informative, fast and reliable, way better than any other company that I have had dealings with!

I had already bought the king sized model but liked it so much bought a second one this time standard double. Great service for delivery and fantastic value for money as received a sale discount for November. No wonder I keep coming back!
