It comes well packed delivery was quick and was kept informed every step of the way about when it was being dispatched and delivered it was very easy to assemble believe me if I can do it anyone can if I had one negative it would be the safety chain that attaches to your dogs collar could maybe. A. Little shorter as my puppy was leaning over the front of the stroller and ended up over the top dangling down
