Beautiful bed frame not sure how long it will last as the frame feels a bit flimsy. I love it anyways 🤪

I recommend that NO ONE purchase this bed, I have terrible experience with delivery and quality of the bed. The bed is of VERY VERY CHEAP quality/ standard. Bed is not in stock at the point of purchase even though delivery was confirmed to be two weeks later. I track progress of delivery and the date and time confirm for product to be delivered was a lie. Product was not delivered two days later of the time shown on Wayfair tracker. I had to insisting I will not wait another two weeks. Even with this wait, bed was incorrect, total different bed from my original order. Mayfair offered to deliver correct bed. The so call correct bed was delivered today 24.05.2024 - this too is incorrect. I have requested full refund and to be compensated and this is the exact statement from Wayfair advisors “ Wayfair as a company does not offer compensation. Instead, we work to resolve any issues that may transpire during the lifecycle of an order. This approach ensures that the remainder of your experience is up to our usual standard. Once an issue has been raised we actively work to investigate and reduce instances of that nature. Regrettably, we do not offer compensation in addition to this. WAYFAIR DO NOT CARE ABOUT GENUINE CUSTOMERS, NO COMPASS, NO INVESTIGATION OFFERED, NO NOTHING. Will be taking this case to 1. Ombudsman 2. Trading Standard UK 3. Trustpolit I am very disappointed with you Wayfair!!!

Not had a great experience to many faults damaged bed frame and parts missing , we had to re order parts still waiting , we are not happy at all

I love it ,and quick delivery

Not slept in it yet cause we haven’t got the mattress both of them were late arriving not happy with the mattress not being here
