Dodge Upholstered Ottoman Storage Bed

Superb, can’t fault it.

Originally I was very pleased with the beds (I ordered 2 for my daughters) but less than a year after purchase, 1 bed wasn't opening properly. We were very gentle with it but then today this happened!!! (See pic) the frame broke and all the slats fell out. My daughter now has no bed for Christmas. Perhaps stupidly, I have just had to order the same bed so that it matches her sister's bed (rather than buy 2 new beds before Christmas). I am very disappointed and the timing couldn't be worse.

Very poor, the right hand side lift hinge has broken after just four lifts. will contact customer service for a return!

My little girl and I love our new bed, so easy to pull up and down, 5/5! It’s great.

I received the bed with part of it ripped off/damaged. Please see photo attached and marked. I need 50% of the bed’s money refunded.
