Very poor quality indeed. This item arrived broken and had been opened before (clear by the way it had been packaged) avoid at all costs - I needed this as a matter of urgency for my child with autism so I found some tent poles and used them to replace the broken ones so didn’t ask for a refund (as I couldn’t sent it back) but I do know that Wayfair have always offered great customer service in the past so I have no doubt they would have sorted it quickly if I had complained. This is just to tell folk to avoid the product - it is very flimsy and poor quality.

No instructions, poles dont stay in stoppers, zip busted on first use and netting tore as join on pole had sharp edge.not worth the money
