Indoor / Outdoor Net Lights

These are an absolute disaster and considering what they cost I am horrified. Please get in touch Wayfair - it seems this parcel was incorrectly packaged and that hasn't helped the condition the contents arrived in. I do suspect that these lights may have already been returned. The bubble wrap (which has been used as it has loads of cellotape on it and extremely uneven edges resembling something a 4 year old might have attacked to get inside on Christmas morning) well, it was all at the bottom of the lights! At least 4 stars are broken - the strangest thing is there are none of the broken bits inside the packaging? The adapter wasn't in the box provided for it (despite it having been damaged too). There is something very fishy going on? I'm so disappointed. The returns form does not provide space for photos, and suggests the item "may" have to be returned. Wayfair this would be a real waste of money but ...... I await your guidance please. Many thanks :(

looks so nice on my front window

I love these Christmas snowflake lights and have them hanging up in my window already.

They are so great that I has to order a second one, but my issue is with wrapping. Whoever is doing it, should take a better care. Possibly wrap snowflakes individually. Both times they arrived parts were broken. I had to super glue which was nit very easy, not sure why, but they would not stick together.
