Solid Wood Bed

Poor quality, poor engineering, unnecessarily complicated assembly and extremely low quality hardware provided. I am reasonably expert at self assembly so I had to make modifications on the run. No spare hardware was also disappointing. Several lugs and lock nuts broke on installation due to the poor quality. No spares! Shame as the design and look of it is great, just don't have any confidence it will last more than 6 months!

Very poor. Cheap metal fastenings , cheap wood. One star because it arrived on time. Fit for a bonfire. Don’t buy

Instructions aren’t very clear at all, almost feels like solving a puzzle. Very poor quality screws which are made of a very soft metal, along with all the other metal components - several screws sheared during assembly and two snapped. Luckily I had some of my own to substitute. Also, several of the dowel holes are too small or too deep for the dowels, so I ended up with two snapped dowels and several where I had to use glue to ensure they’d stay at a workable depth. I went for the cheap(ish) option and I guess I got what I paid for. Not good quality but I guess it should do the job.
