Suitcases seem to be good quality. Travelled once with them and came back fine without any issues so far. I purchased a set of 3 and one of the combination locks on one of the suitcases does not seem to work.

Absolutely loved these until I got on holiday day 1 and the lock will not open with all my clothes inside -absolutely furious ruined my first day - I paid how much for these and not I cannot wear anything I’ve bought currently waiting for the hotel I’m in to access my suitcase by trying to pry it open! I expect a full refund!!!!!

These look great and all fit inside one another for easy storage. They are very lightweight but feel like they could get dented quite easily. The separate compartments inside are very useful. However, on our first flight using the set of cases the lock on one of them broke off in transit and isn't now usable. I've contacted the company and hope they will replace it. I certainly expected them to be more robust than similar looking cheaper models and was disappointed with this.
