This is the worst order and customer service I have ever experienced. The bed frame has arrived without any screws or a manual to put it together. The slats have nothing to connect them to the bed & the hardware to connect the frame is non existent. Wayfair said the would send it & instead sent more slats with nothing else. The slats aren’t even for this bed. Trying to contact customer services & get them to understand what has happened is like pulling teeth. I can’t get through to anyone & the last email said the missing parts would be delivered. Bear in mind the frame was delivered on 7th October. Do not order from wayfair, such a big company should have their stuff together. At this point I want a refund because I have a bed frame I cannot put together or use & no one seems to be able to help. ZERO STARS
