Bed it's ok design wise, but slats are very weak. Wayfair didn't bothered to sort our problem. Very poor customer service. We bouhgth a great mattress but unfortunately the slats are very weak. Wayfair as said the supplier said there are 2 types of slats, one type are stronger the others are "flexible" as they call it, the ones we actually have. They are just weak and shouldn't be like that at all. Videos sent but they refused to help. Oh, the strong slats are not available for this bed! Ottoman springs are not very strong as well as hardly can have the weight of the mattress.

Great comfortable bed. Had the wrong colour of headboard and end sent and had replacements sent out straight away. Really pleased with the bed and the service.
