Edited to add, had these a few years now. As long as you use non metal tools with then (spoons etc) they are fine. I did a lot of research before buying and finally took the chance and I am glad I did! The first set arrived with chunks out of the bottom but wayfair sent out a new set with no quibble. They were perfect. They are so easy to clean, I even made scrambled eggs without them being stuck to the bottom. The only thing I hate now is being so paranoid to store them haha.. Tracy. The Cerastone pans are great. They are bigger than my previous pans yet seem to heat up much more quickly. They are heavier than my previous pans and the bases are much thicker. Nice looking pan set. Only had set for a week but have become aware that the handles become quite hot when cooking so need oven gloves when removing from cooker also the bottom of one of the pans appears to have been affected by the heat on the bottom of the outer edge & only used twice.
