Really lovely when finished but be warned. DONT FOLLOW THE FIRST STEPS OF INSTRUCTIONS. They say to put side and middle strips on then balance other side on top, but it’s to wobbly. Then they say to stand up but everything snaps because the back isn’t on. I recommend build like a wardrobe with face down then put back on BEFORE standing up. We ended up having to patch ours up with screws on the outside. Also you build near to where you want it only to have to pull out with a lot of help as VERY VERY heavy. Then move back into position. Design could be better so springs are put on from inside. Also hanging front on is ackward as you have to support it while trying to get bolts in. Lovely when finished. Excellent guest bed, which is easy to fold up and move around as it is (relatively) lightweight and on multidirectional wheels. Just wouldn't plan on regularly taking it up or down stairs. Feels just as supportive as a normal bed so allows for a good sleep. Not a problem for me but before buying one should consider that the bed height is a lot lower than normal, so those with reduced mobility may want to trial it in a shop before purchasing.. Steven.
