Leider war die erste Lieferung unvollständig, nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst wurden die fehlenden Teile nachversandt. Das Brett der Sitzbank kam bei der ersten Lieferung beschädigt an, auch für dieses wurde nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst Ersatz geliefert. Das Ersatzbrett hat erstaunlicherweise trotz maximaler Verpackung an gleicher Stelle einen Schaden, der jedoch deutlich geringer ausfällt als beim ersten.
