I was a little doubtful about the claims that the technology will draw heat away from the body and so on, but I have to say it works brilliantly. This is the 2nd one if these 50/50 Duvets I have purchased and, I cannot believe more Companies have not thought of this idea before..... It is the ideal answer for lady's going thru their Menopause & their Husbands still need the heavier Duvet. I have found the lighter side is so much better for me, personally and, should the Duvet not be heavy enough for a cold snap, I just lay a dressing gown or light-weight blanket on top so, if I overheat again, I just take the excess Covers off, Problem solved......
