The placemats themselves are good quality, they look good and are a good size, however the order was completely messed up and the packaging and delivery was awful! Boxes were very badly damaged, the wrong colour of one set was sent and because of poor packaging and delivery one of the placemats was shattered! Wayfair are brilliant with sending replacements so I’m just waiting on my new set arriving! Terrible as one of the placemats was chipped and package did not contain the coaster. I reported the problem sent pictures. The coasters arrived but no replacement placemat. Update: coasters have been delivered, no placemats, complained again. Update: placemat was due for delivery on 9th April, 13th today and still nothing received.
