"delivery" by "we lose EVRI parcel" which means "we lose EVRI parcel" say its delivered... but don't say where.... certainly not to my address. so much trouble that Ive joined the myriads of customers who avoid all shops who use "we lose EVRI parcel" ... sad to lose wayfair as I liked them but sadly as they don't give an option to choose which parcel services a customer will accept ( like vinted do... proof a company can set up options for the customer to choose). until then I cannot buy from wayfair as "we lose EVRI parcel" is a cowboy courier bought for 2.7 billion by an American global company, obviously conned by whoever sold it to them as they are not fit for purpose. they literally threw a parcel from the vehicle into my drive after a 11 week delay, dads from music magpie which were completely smashed like a truck had rolled over the package. refunded but won't be buying from music magpie either. check with sellers that they use any other courier or else you'll have quite a wait until the banks/ PayPal / clear pay. klarna, credit cards step in and refund now they're getting wise to the cowboy couriers who steal goods or smash them .the sellers lose their money, the customer has endless stress and hassle chasing banks for refunds.
